The Fiji Computerized Human Resources Information System was one of the outputs of Project FIJ/97/001 which was formulated in 1997 by the Government in liaison with the UNDP and the ILO. It is aimed at Âupgrading and strengthening the coordinating, planning and monitoring machinery of the Government to promote Integrated Human Resources Planning.
