Our client is one of Fiji's leading and well established FMCG company. The company is a leading wholesale distributors with multi-million dollars turnover, and is sole distributors for a number of renowned brand products.

The company invites applications for the position of Finance Manager.

Duties:

The Finance Manager will be responsible for the following:

• Managing day to day accounting and finance functions, and supervision of finance and administration personnel.
• Maintaining and managing general ledger, inventory, debtors, creditors, fixed assets and payroll systems.
• Preparation of management reports including budgets and cash flows.
• Financial analysis of the operating results and compilation of business reports with recommendation for continuous improvement.
• Liaising with suppliers and customers, and developing relationships.
• Monitoring and maintaining accounting and financial policies and procedures.
• Preparation of annual financial statements and co-ordinate annual audit.
• Special assignments as directed by the General Manager or the Group Finance Director.

Qualifications and Experience:

Professional accounting qualifications with skills in computer and spreadsheets are essential. The person must be mature and should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. The position requires a minimum of five years relevant experience. Experiences in the retail and wholesale industry will be an advantage.
