Title: Assistant Registrar Student Services
|
|
Duties: Reporting to the Registrar, the Assistant
Registrar Student Services provides overall management of the Student
Services. Provide clear and timely direction/information to
subordinates, peers and superiors in order to meet department
objectives and achieve full compliance to documented procedures. Manage
the pre-registration, registration and deregistration of students in
all programmes offered by the five Colleges. This includes placing of
students in appropriate classes, class scheduling, student withdrawal
processes and disciplinary actions. Manage all areas of student records
management related to the Student Information System. Plan and manage
the examination board and assessment board plan and manage all aspects
related to the University's Graduation ceremony.

Relevant Experience: Candidate must possess at
least a Bachelor's Degree any field however candidates who have post
graduate qualification will have an added advantage. At least 10
year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this
position. Preferably entry level management officers specialising in
Student Records, Exams and Registry.

Salary: An attractive salary commensurate with qualifications and abilities would be negotiated with the successful applicants.
