Lecturer/ Senior Lecturer in Music (Re-advertised) Ref: AC 80/10
Responsibilities:
The lecturer in music is expected to contribute to the teaching and research efforts of the Department. The
principal responsibilities of the appointee will be to design and teach a combination of music and core
theories in music-related courses at the certificate, diploma, advanced diploma programmes, and the undergraduate bachelor’s degree.

Minimum Qualification Requirement:
A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of music, together with considerable experience with the music industry is required. Tertiary teaching experience is desirable but not essential. For appointment at senior level, considerable experience with writing/composing music is necessary.

Salary:
An attractive salary commensurate with qualifications and abilities would be negotiated with the successful applicants
